Donald Brown

Donald Brown is a finance professional with a broad range of experience in finance, real estate, business consulting, and project management. He has been a CFO for over 30 years and has experience in commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential real estate holdings. He has expertise in accounting and financial management, troubled debt workout and negotiation, business process engineering, and business systems implementation. Don holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, a Real Estate Broker license, and is a Certified Public Accountant. THERESA SMITH-BRAKEBUSH

Theresa is a Principal Consultant at Ravensview and provides high-level financial consulting services such as investment and business strategies, budgeting and forecasting, feasibility, leverage, and risk mitigation to clients at the CFO or VP of Finance level. She has a background in commercial real estate, financial analysis, and relationship management. Theresa holds several credentials including Commercial Lending School (2007), Series 7 and 66 Securities License (2013), and Oregon Life, Health, and Long-Term Care Insurance License (2014). She is a former member of CREW Portland and has served as Past President and on the Board of Directors. In her personal time, Theresa enjoys skiing, playing soccer, running, practicing yoga, and traveling. She lives in Lake Oswego with her husband and dogs. For more information, call 503.893.9625.

J​on Martin

Jon is a Principal Consultant at Ravensview with over twelve years of accounting experience. He has worked with clients from various industries such as real estate, manufacturing, distribution, robotics, and retail. He has a background in accounting and has previously worked as a staff accountant for a property management company and a non-profit college housing organization. Jon’s specializations include project management, discounted cash flow analysis, general project planning and analysis, and proficiency in Quickbooks, Peachtree, and Yardi accounting software. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Portland State University (2009). In his personal time, Jon is an avid fisherman with a Coast Guard Captain’s License and an Oregon Contractors License. Andrew brakebush

Andrew Brakebush is a Principal Consultant at Ravensview. He has 10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, including a role as CFO for Sustainable Harvest Coffee Importers. His areas of expertise include Commodities and Hedging, Risk Management, Inventory Management, External Audits, Bank Relationship Management, and Multiple Entity Accounting and Consolidation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Portland State University (March 2015). In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, watching sports, and playing poker.
