Donald Brown
Donald Brown is a finance professional with a broad range of experience in finance, real estate, business consulting, and project management. He has been a CFO for over 30 years and has experience in commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential real estate holdings. He has expertise in accounting and financial management, troubled debt workout and negotiation, business process engineering, and business systems implementation. Don holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, a Real Estate Broker license, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Jon Martin
Jon is a Principal Consultant at Ravensview with over twelve years of accounting experience. He has worked with clients from various industries such as real estate, manufacturing, distribution, robotics, and retail. He has a background in accounting and has previously worked as a staff accountant for a property management company and a non-profit college housing organization. Jon’s specializations include project management, discounted cash flow analysis, general project planning and analysis, and proficiency in Quickbooks, Peachtree, and Yardi accounting software. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Portland State University (2009). In his personal time, Jon is an avid fisherman with a Coast Guard Captain’s License and an Oregon Contractors License.
